Baltic Sea Festival 2018
The sixteenth Baltic Sea Festival takes place on 22 August – 1 September at Berwaldhallen in Stockholm. This year, the festival celebrates the centenary of the foundation of the Baltic states.
Baltic Sea Future is proud to be the new official partner to the Baltic Sea Festival, one of Northern Europe’s greatest festivals for classical music. It is a platform for dialogue about the Baltic Sea's environment and future. The combination of classical music, the idea of fostering community spirit among the Baltic countries, and the focus on the sensitive Baltic Sea environment has evoked a widespread regional response, with many governments actively supporting the festival.
Seminars will be held during the week revolving around the three cornerstones of the festival: music, environment and leadership. Don’t miss the opportunity to listen to Marmar Nekoro, Head of Program and Partnership at Baltic Sea Future, on August 25th at 18:00 in Berwaldhallen.
