Christian Kind, Senior Project Manager, ADELPHI, Germany
Christian Kind is a Senior Project Manager at adelphi. His specialist focus is on the topics climate, energy, and urban transformation. He coordinates the topic group working on climate change adaptation and sees to advancing that business area and internal exchange. Christian has many years of experience conceptualizing and leading research and consulting projects for national and international clients at various levels. In his work at adelphi, he has carried out more than 35 projects, primarily for federal ministries and subordinate authorities, the EU Commission etc. Prior to joining Adelphi, Christian developed information resources for environmental friendly sourcing in UN agencies while working at the Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production. At the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW), he conducted research on the roots of varying energy intensities of different national economies. While at the Social Investment Organization in Toronto, his work focused on finding possibilities for providing institutional support to sustainable investment funds. Christian completed a Master of Science in Ecological Economics, with distinction, at the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
